The mares are the backbone of the Babson Arabian group. Every Babson Arabian mare is precious and critical to the overall perpetuation of the Straight Babson's as a group.

It is our opinion that no SBE (Straight Babson Egyptian) mare should be bred to a non SBE stallion. It is vital that we save every mare and foal to replace and produce for this endangered group of horses. Each mare adds their own genetics to their progeny and it is critical to have as much diversity as possible to move these horses forward to the next generations. Every productive year lost is a generation lost to these precious bloodlines.

We believe that SBE stallion's can be used to enhance other equine groups but for the sake of the group we do not jeopardize the replacement of this blood until it is signed sealed and delivered with many foals on the ground to ensure longevity to our beloved group of Straight Babson’s.

Our Babson mares are the bricks of our breeding program and we hold each one in high esteem.
